HELEN LANSDOWNE RESOR SCHOLARSHIP   Introduction: The advancement of women is a major cultural challenge, and J. Walter Thompson as one of the most pioneering (and one of the largest) global agencies has the ability to move the needle and change the paradigm going forward. The $250,000 international Helen Lansdowne Resor Scholarship will assist and promote talented female creative advertising students from around the world in honor of J. Walter Thompson’s (and the industry’s) first female copywriter, Helen Lansdowne Resor.

HELEN LANSDOWNE RESOR SCHOLARSHIP   Value:

  • $10,000 annual scholarships for a five-year program
  • Scholarship recipients will receive a paid summer internship between their junior and senior year at a J. Walter Thompson office in their respective region

HELEN LANSDOWNE RESOR SCHOLARSHIP   Eligibility:

  •  Be female
    • Be registered as a student at one of the designated HLR participating undergraduate and/or portfolio schools
    • Show creative talent and promise
    • Maintain satisfactory academic and creative progress as determined by one’s school
