Master’s scholarships for distance learning

Introduction:  The University of Manchester is pleased to offer Master’s scholarships for distance learning for online masters to applicants from Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania.


  • be a resident citizen of Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania and have not previously studied abroad;
  • hold a First or Upper Second class degree;
  • have a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience;
  • have a clear idea how studying for an online masters would benefit both his/her career and the development of Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania;
  • have achieved a grade 4 or above in English Language at Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania Certificate of Education level; or, have a minimum IELTS result of 6.5.

  1. MSc Human Resource Management and Development
  2. MSc Management and Information Systems
